“ 100% positive I found my new favorite restaurant. I only wanted to come here because the dessert photos looked amazing but when I ordered my dinner, I was blown away! I couldn’t stop eating it! I ordered the blue tortilla stacked enchiladas with corn and green chili mashed potatoes - absolutely incredible and mouth watering. The margaritas were also pretty tasty. The live music was entertaining and he was so good! ”
“ I came with a big group and they took very good care of us. The service was quick and friendly. The food arrived very quickly, which surprised me due to the size of our group. Part of our group even came late and they took care of them without a hitch. I had the steak burrito and enjoyed it. The flavoring on the steak was really good. The black beans had no flavor but the rice was pretty good. I enjoyed their chips and the salsa had great flavor which I can't say the same for most Mexican restaurants these days. Very happy with my visit ”
“ The service was excellent especially at the bar she was attentive and gave honest recommendations on what to try. The highlight of the meal was the free chips and trio of salsas, each with its own unique flavor, including a smoky one and a mild green tomatillo sauce, with a spicier option available by request. While the food was tasty, it’s more of a New Mexican style think Mexican-inspired dishes with a focus on green chile, leaning more toward Americanized flavors rather than traditional Mexican cuisine. ”
“ Specializing in spicy dishes, this laid-back New Mexican eatery also boasts a selection of over 100 tequilas. I ordered the shrimp enchiladas with sides of chile mashed potatoes and black beans, while my dining partner had the Machaca Taco plate with calabacitas and chile mashed. Honestly, everything was spot-on—no complaints at all. Our server was fantastic, the vibe was laid-back and welcoming, and the cocktails were top-notch. You have to try the Jalapeno Cucumber Margarita! ”
“ I can’t remember a better restaurant!! La Ristra has the best menu and servers!! If you get the chance to go ask for Alyssa, Shay, Carlos, Delaney or AJ. All are EXCEPTIONAL! The owner Andrea always comes and says hello. The food from the stacked enchiladas to the shrimp fajitas are PHENOMENAL! A great happy hour from 2-6pm Monday-Friday. La Ristra even has brunch on the weekends. I promise it’s worth a try. ”
“ First time coming to this place and we had a large party of folks. Our server was amazing and did a great job attending to all our special needs. Love the variety of drinks and food. The atmosphere is very welcoming and traditional. I highly recommend this place to everyone, if you haven't tried this place you're missing out on some delicious food. ”
“ Very attentive staffing. Efficient and friendly. Food presentation was good and appetizing. The Maui plate was good but also had an abundance of spices which was not reflected on the menu. Needed to scrap some off to truly enjoy the dish. Not a complaint just a comment to better identify the spicy nature of the dish. I really like the abundance of proteins available for practically all your cuisine. Everything from shredded beef to ground beef to chicken to pork and fish. Truly a won derful experience for a first time patron. ”
“ A fantastic place to enjoy the flavors of New Mexico cuisine. I first ate here 12 years ago when they opened and this is always my first choice for lunch or dinner. They have two locations to choose from. The staff always goes out of their way to make your dining experience enjoyable. And the food is excellent, they take no shortcuts! I highly recommend this place! ”
